The property had a beautiful view and the rooms are very spacious. Absolutely loved everything about the hotel. A special thank you, to our tour guide and staff, Antonio. He was absolutely amazing showing us the best part of the town and our tour through the different cities. Antonio gave us a great tour providing history facts for our destinations.Antonio was attentive to all our needs at all times of the day. All the staff make you feel very welcomed and are actively responding to your messages and needs.
The buffet food was ok.

Estephanie (I don't know if I spelled that correctly) was a lifesaver. She spoke English and was able to explain everything to me. She also helped me get a taxi for a very early flight. I also appreciated the 4 pickup times from the town center since that steep hill in high altitude to get to the hotel is killer!

Staff was very rude. The tour guides promised a time we were supposed to leave and we waited more than 40 min and nothing. When we asked for a refund he said no refund and hung up . The room we wanted city view expecting a balcony and it the view was horrible

Breakfast was hot and delicious, made at your request. Free shuttle to downtown Guanajuato was a plus!!!
The view from the room.
The room was nice, spacious and very clean. There were additional blankets, a couple of water bottles changed every day. There was a closet with plenty of drawers and space for the clothes and luggage. Complementary hot coffee was offered and provided during the nights at your door. The TV had plenty of channels available. The staff was very friendly and help full. Since the city of Guanajuato is very confusing to the tourist, we got lost so they sent some one to look for us and guide us to the hotel. The hotel provides a free ride service from the hotel to the downtown area and back at certain hours, so from 10:00 am to 11:00pm they will take you back an forth. This saves you a lot in taxi services. The view of the city from the hotel is exceptional. The view from the terrace at the restauran was also very good.
